Israeli police allow 223 Israeli settlers to defile Aqsa, ban Muslims

La police sioniste autorise 223 colons sionistes à souiller al-Aqsa tout en interdisant l'entrée aux musulmans

Israeli police on Sunday morning allowed hordes of Israeli settlers to defile holy al-Aqsa Mosque at the same time as they banned Muslim worshipers below the age of 35 from praying at the site.

A PIC news correspondent said Israeli police troops, special units, and border cops cordoned off the Old City in Occupied Jerusalem and enforced tough crackdowns on the Muslim worshipers.

223 Israeli settlers broke into al-Aqsa via the Maghareba gate at 07:30 a.m.

Israeli fanatics delivered presentations on the counterfeit history of the alleged Temple Mount and performed sacrilegious rituals near al-Rahma Gate, sparking tension at the site.

The mass break-in falls in line with a series of Israeli celebrations of the seven-day Jewish Passover holiday.

Overnight, the Israeli occupation authorities released 12 Palestinian young men on condition that they be banned from Occupied Jerusalem and al-Aqsa Mosque for 80 days.

One week earlier, the occupation authorities banned more than 40 Palestinian young men from al-Aqsa, on the eve of the Passover, for periods of up to six months.
