Les sources ont affirmé, selon IRIB, que le directeur de la "Global CST" a rencontré le chef des services de renseignements israéliens et le ministre de la Guerre, Ehud Barak, et a obtenu l'autorisation de recruter ces mercenaires.

Citing Egyptian sources, the Hebrew-language news site Inyan Merkazi said the company was run by retired Israeli army commanders.
The report claims that many high-profile former Israeli officers have been illegally trading weapons in several African nations, and have faced interrogations over their activities in the past.
The news site said the head of the company recently met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Defense Minister Ehud Barak and Israeli intelligence chief Aviv Cokhavi. It added that the officials all approved the company's recruitment of mercenaries to help Gadhafi.
The leader's brutal crackdown has killed at least 1,000 Libyans so far, human rights groups say.
According to the report, Israeli officials approved the recruitment out of fears that if toppled, Gadhafi would be replaced by an "extremist Islamic regime."
During Gadhafi's four-decade rule of the north African state, he has been one of Israel's most vocal critics.
Company representatives recently flew to Chad to discuss the matter with a high-ranking Libyan intelligence officer Abduallah Sanusi, the report said. During the meeting, Sanusi agreed to pay the company to recruit up to 50,000 mercenaries from African countries, according to the news site.

والسنغال وأفراد من الحركات المتمردة في إقليم دارفور وفي جنوب السودان تحت تصرف مسؤول الاستخبارات الليبية عبد الله السنوسي.
وقال الجنرال الإسرائيلي إنه لا صحة لما ورد في موقع الجزيرة نت من أنه والجنرال يوسي كوبرساور ووزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي الأسبق شلومو بن عامي والسفير الإسرائيلي الأسبق في باريس نسيم زويلي الموجود في السنغال التقوا مع السنوسي ومع قيادات ليبية موالية للقذافي في قاعدة عسكرية بالعاصمة التشادية إنجمينا.
كما نفى أن يكون السنوسي عرض على زيف في هذا اللقاء أن تمد مؤسسته الأمنية ليبيا بمجموعات من أفراد هذه التشكيلات المدربة تدريبا خاصا على القتال في الحروب الأهلية في مقابل أن تدفع ليبيا للمؤسسة الإسرائيلية خمسة مليارات دولار قابلة للزيادة، أو في مقابل منح مؤسسة "غلوبل سي إس تي" امتيازات في مجال النفط والغاز الليبي، أو في مقابل تعاقدات عسكرية وأمنية.
وقال زيف إن ما جاء في موقع الجزيرة نت عن هذا الموضوع مثير للسخرية والاشمئزاز وضرب من السخافة ولا يستحق التعليق، كما أنه مستهجن ومستنكر على نطاق واسع من السلطات الإسرائيلية.
وأضاف زيف في رسالة وجهها للجزيرة عبر محاميه إن الاتهامات الواردة في الجزيرة نت من شأنها أن تلحق الضرر بسمعته ومصالحه الاقتصادية، وهو ما تنفي الجزيرة نت أن يكون هدفها من وراء نشر الخبر الذي وصلها من مصادر إعلامية إسرائيلية.
