Before you look at these three videos, we would like to remind you something very important according to us. Remember that in an interview in the Swiss newspaper “Le Temps” on Friday, October 16, 2009, Richard Goldstone said he was "saddened" and "expressed concern about the vote on the resolution which didn’t fully reflect his point of view. He said "This resolution saddens me because it only needs to allegations against Israel. There is not a sentence to condemn Hamas as we do in the report. Richard Goldstone “also accused Hamas” of " war crimes " by saying : the organization had" deliberately targeted civilians and attempted to sow terror in southern Israel with rockets ."(!!!) Please never forget these words.

The UN Human Rights Council released a report on the recent fighting between Hamas and Israel in Gaza. While concluding that both Israel's military and Hamas likely committed war crimes during the fighting, the report was particularly harsh in its condemnation of Israel's actions, saying they were "a deliberately disproportionate attack designed to punish, humiliate, and terrorize a civilian population, radically diminish its local economic capacity both to work and to provide for itself, and to force upon it an ever increasing sense of dependency and vulnerability."
